Kate as head of the Lockhart family has for 26 years diligently managed the real estate 

holdings acquired by her late husband as well as the family's more recent acquisitions with a goal of

steady and reliable performance of the portfolio. 

For the past seventeen years Kate has been closely involve with an Orange County, CA 501(c)(3) non- profit called Families Forward which seeks to prevent and end family homelessness by providing access to housing and resources that create lasting stability. While there, Kate has been the committee head for the yearly fundraiser and served on the board of directors. She currently heads a team whose program mission ensures a return phone call within 72 hours, county resources and case management to every south Orange County resident who calls and identifies as unstably housed.

Kate holds a Masters in Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine University.
